Item identification help

When programs like Media Collector, Wine Collector, and Kitchen Companion can't seem to identify the items you scan, and the barcodes appear to be going into the programs properly, there's usually a network or connectivity issue.

First, open the IntelliScanner Dashboard.
Next, choose Tools from the menu bar, then Test Internet Connection.

Does the program indicate success in connecting to the Internet?

• Yes, it connects.
• No, it's not able to connect.
