Most IntelliScanner applications offer integrated Export functionality. Choose the Export option, then choose the format you want to export as.
The export option is located under the "Share" (or File) menu option. Choose what fields you want to export, choose the format (probably tab delimited or CSV), and save the data to text files. The resulting text file can be opened in a spreadsheet program, such as Microsoft Excel.
