IntelliScanner packages do not include CD-ROMs – instead, the software is made available for download and activated using the activation codes provided on the included Software Delivery Card. This ensures you get the most recent version at the time of purchase, as we update our software very often. Be careful not to lose your Software Delivery Card -- losing this card is just like losing physical media, and cannot be recovered.

When you launch the IntelliScanner Dashboard for the first time, the IntelliScanner Setup Assistant will help you get your hardware up and running. You may be asked for a Hardware Activation Code, which can be found in the Quick Start Guide included with your IntelliScanner package.
If you're not sure things are working right, just rerun the Setup Assistant to reinstall your IntelliScanner software -- just select Set Up New IntelliScanner from the Tools menu and follow the prompts.
You may need one or more activation codes to set up your scanner and software for the first time. You'll find the appropriate information on the included Software Delivery Card. Your Hardware Activation Code, a separate number for setting up some IntelliScanner devices, is inside the included Quick Start Guide booklet.
