Return Policy

If you have questions about IntelliScanner, please do contact us. Most concerns are easily resolved. We want you to be satisfied with your IntelliScanner purchase!

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product within 21 days of shipment. If your scanner is returned unused, undamaged, in its original condition, and in unopened packaging, we will offer a refund of the full purchase price paid, less shipping. All returns must be packed in the original, unopened, and marked packaging and include all accessories in new, resellable condition. A $20.00 open box fee will be assessed on all opened returns, and additional damage and missing part restocking fees may apply. Contact us at info@intelliscanner.com for a return authorization number (RMA).

No product returns or exchanges will be accepted without a return authorization number (RMA). Shipments without an authorization number printed clearly on the address label will be refused. Please ship your product via a method that provides a tracking number and a signature upon delivery. If an Apparent Corporation representative does not sign accepting receipt of a package, we cannot accept liability for your package or any lost product. If you send a purchased product to Apparent without following these guidelines, Apparent retains the sole right to refuse delivery of such return or deny credit.

Warranty

IntelliScanner products include a 1 year limited warranty. Look in the box for the complete warranty details.

If you believe your IntelliScanner is experiencing a hardware issue, e-mail us at info@intelliscanner.com for assistance. If your scanner is in need of warranty repair or replacement, we’ll send you instructions for sending the scanner to us. Please note, you need a return authorization number (RMA) in order for us to accept your scanner for repair.

Taxes & Imports

Direct sales from www.getdoxie.com are shipped from our warehouses in United States. Apparent is a North Carolina corporation; taxes are collected for North Carolina residents during checkout.

If you're located outside the United States, please note that we don't collect taxes for other countries and jurisdictions; all prices are exclusive of any local taxes or duties you might be subject to on import. For example, if you're located in the European Union, VAT is not collected and may be requested of you by your local government on import.

Privacy Policy

We value your business and respect your right to privacy. Our web site is a safe environment for anyone who visits or purchases from us.

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order, to send you our newsletter and software update notifications, and to use it internally for informational purposes. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. In no other way do we share your information with anyone else, for any reason.
